As a Full Stack Account Executive at LimeChat, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by managing and expanding our client base. This position demands a dynamic individual who can not only excel in sales but also contribute to lead generation efforts.
Job Profile
- Actively seek and generate new leads through research, networking, and leveraging your professional network
- Identify potential clients who would benefit from LimeChat’s products and services
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for LimeChat’s ideal customers
- Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels (phone,email, social media, etc.).
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor LimeChat’s solutions to address those specific requirements
- Gather feedback from potential clients to inform product and service enhancements
- Execute a consultative sales approach, guiding clients through the sales process
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to secure new business
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in LimeChat’s CRM system
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead generation and sales performance
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
- Share insights and market intelligence with the LimeChat team to refine our strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align efforts and improve lead generation strategies
- Share valuable feedback from the field to help enhance LimeChat’s product offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
Job Experience
- Working experience as a Sales Account Executive, or a similar role in the SaaS industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive and ideally 4+ years of overall experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Extensive understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to solve problems promptly
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
