VP – Performance Marketing
Job Description
Nestasia is looking for a VP – Performance Marketing who will have the end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy. The VP – Performance Marketing has to spearhead the marketing strategies and be able to plan and execute those while supporting a team.
Nestasia aims to provide a very wide assortment of new and unique products to customers at affordable prices. The VP – Performance Marketing has to be an expert in building revenue, traffic, and an audience using paid advertising methods.
Job Profile
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Own the strategy for all media: paid search, paid social and organic campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO) spanning EMEA markets, from conception to execution
- Be responsible for creating reports and providing analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities
- Drive optimization plans through the analysis of large data sets
- Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analyzing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimization
- Be the point of contact with our digital media agency
- Lead, motivate, and grow the team and share expertise to improve and better the growth of the brand
Job Experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
- 4-6 years of performance marketing experience where D2C performance management activities have been managed
- Worked on high-budget (100 Cr+) brands
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agencies
- Digital media understanding, planning, and evaluation
- Strong creative sensibilities
- High ownership and passion
- Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
